Photo Manipulation and Ethics

The article is about photoshopping the natural photos. Each photo they talk about in the article is manipulated in some way. Some are because they want to fix an error in the image or because they didn't like the format and the subject.

I think this photo manipulation is un ethnical because your not getting the true photograph your getting a version that was edited. Also you won't get all the true and reliable detail that was at the event.

Unethical

I think this photos was unethical because in the edited photo (bottom) your getting somewhat of a  wrong message the soldier looks nonthreatening at all. In the regular photo (top) the soldier looks like he has the civilians at gun point

Ethical

I think this photo is ethnical because no one is being hurt by this. They only moved the pyramids to fill the page. The photographer just wanted to make better, and more interesting photograph.
